The strongest inventory positions are held with the mainstream manufacturers including: Dell, IBM, Lexmark, Xerox, and Hewlett Packard.
MVP Parts' commodities are P.C. parts, laptop, server, printer, network and peripherals of all makes and models.
PARTS KNOWLEDGE
Our database includes more than 300 manufacturers which are included in our product line, some of whose parts are discontinued or near end-of-production.
This parts knowledge information is augmented by a considerable cross reference database. All part numbers are maintained with any alternate part numbers, where available, allowing our staff to cross reference any part number request to any available alternates. This is integrated into all other business operations including: invoicing, shipping, customer service (RMAs), and accounting.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Parts are 100% tested to manufacturer specifications.
All items are individually packed and labeled with part number and ESD protection if necessary.
DISTRIBUTION SERVICES
24/7/365 order processing and shipment capability.
We offer around-the-clock service to qualified customers. If a customer were to require such service, MVP Parts is willing to supply an after-hours service phone number that provides direct access to Sales and Service.
Same day shipment cutoff time for emergency and non-emergency orders.
All orders are treated as priority orders at MVP Parts. Our cut-off time for same-day shipments is 6:00pm EST.
We use all major carriers and each one has a different pick-up time.

WARRANTY
MVP Parts warranties all inventory for at least 30 days and may be extended for qualified customers.
