Return Shipping Instructions

Customers must have a valid RMA number before returning any products and the RMA number must be clearly written.


You must write the RMA number on the shipping label. The RMA Receiving Department cannot process a return without this number.


The product must be sent back in the original packaging or equivalent.Failure to package merchandise properly will void RMA and shipment will be returned to sender Freight Collect.


All damaged or missing product must be reported within 10 days of receipt.


Freight charges are non refundable. Part returns will be shipped to MVP at customer’s expense.


Restock fees of 20% or greater may be applied to stock balance or open box (non-defective) returns.


It is recommended that the Customer declare value on return shipments since the customer is 100% responsible for the product while in transit to MVP PARTS.


Reject Policy

MVP PARTS reserves the right to refuse any Customer Return that differs from the information given on the original Return Material Authorization (RMA) request, such as:


  • Invalid RMA number
  • Expired RMA number
  • RMA # not clearly written on label/box.
  • RMA condition given by customer differs from actual product condition
  • Unauthorized return (no RMA # was issued)
  • Serial number of product(s) differ from original shipment.

  • Product is damaged
